    Brandon Maxwell Online ships to over 200 countries with free, standard domestic U.S. and international shipping for orders over $100.00 USD. This product will be processed for shipping within two weeks with the exception of certain sizes available as pre-order, indicated above, which will ship by August 30, 2020. These pre-order items are currently being produced, however, we can expedite your order if you send in your request to Client Services at Please note, due to COVID-19, you may experience delayed processing and shipping times. We are doing everything in our power to eliminate delays, but appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. You will receive a notification when the product ships. Shipments will be delivered Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays. Standard domestic U.S. shipping times can range between 3-5 business days. Domestic U.S. expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Standard international shipping times can range between 4-7 business days. International orders placed on our e-comm site are processed and shipped using DHL express via our international shipping partner, Global E. For international shipments, customs and duties can be prepaid at checkout to avoid additional charges upon receipt. If the customer prefers to pay customs and duties upon receipt, that option is available as well. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to customs and duties charge, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier, and your order will not be eligible for a refund. International orders cannot be canceled once the package is in transit.     Return requests are eligible within 7 days from the date the customer receives the shipment. Please submit your return request and information regarding the reason for the return via email to Client Services at We review all email return requests upon receipt, and, if approved, we will provide you with authorization and return instructions. We offer free return labels for authorized domestic U.S. return orders. For international orders, labels are also provided, but the full cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer's original purchase and the balance will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable costs for international returns.

    Return requests for product(s) that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged by the consumer will not be accepted for a return. Product(s) must be returned in their original condition with garment tags attached. Any authorized refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note this process may take up to 14 business days. If returns are received worn, used, altered, or damaged, they will be returned to the customer at their expense, and a refund will not be issued.
