All return requests are eligible within 7 days from the date the customer receives the shipment. Please submit your return request and information regarding the reason for the return via email to Client Services at firstname.lastname@example.org. We review all email return requests upon receipt, and, if approved, we will provide you with authorization and return instructions. We offer free return labels for authorized domestic U.S. return orders. For international orders, labels are also provided, but the full cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer's original purchase and the balance will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable costs for international returns.
Return requests for product(s) that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged by the consumer will not be accepted for a return. Product(s) must be returned in their original condition with garment tags attached. Authorized refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, with the exception of the returns of final sale items, which can not be returned or exchanged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note this process may take up to 14 business days. If returns are received worn, used, altered, or damaged, they will be returned to the customer at their expense, and a refund will not be issued.
