Shipping & Returns
Brandon Maxwell offers free, standard domestic shipping
(7-10 days), for orders over $100.00 USD.
Orders for expedited shipping (2-3 days) are available at the checkout, for an additional charge. All orders will be processed for shipping within one week. Items available
for preorder will have an estimated delivery window available beneath
the “pre-order” checkout button.
All international shipments are processed and shipped using DHL express via our international shipping partner, Global E. International shipment costs are processed into your payment at checkout, with the option to pay customs and duties up front or upon delivery.
Items available for preorder will be specified as so with a button that says preorder in place of "add to cart”. An estimated delivery window will be available beneath the “pre-order” checkout button. All garments that are preordered have an expected ship window that will depend on the style/season. When purchasing an item available for preorder, you will be charged immediately. Once your pre-ordered item(s) ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Brandon Maxwell accepts return requests within 14 days of the item's original ship date.
Product(s) that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for a return. All product(s) must be returned in their original condition with garment tags attached.
For domestic and international returns, click here. If authorized for a return we will provide return instructions and a return label. Please note international orders are not authorized for complimentary return, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 21 days for your return to be processed. Once a return has been issued, a credit will be applied to your payment method within 3-5 business days.
Items that are discounted will be marked as FINAL SALE, meaning they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
